Refrain

Synopsis: Evran is taking care of his niece while her deaf father (Evran’s brother), Paz, serves time in a maximum security prison. When Paz gets the chance to participate in an auditory clinical trial in exchange for a reduced sentence, Evran convinces him to accept in hope of a positive outcome for his family. However, Evran soon faces regret when he discovers that the trial has unintended results.
